I recently stayed for two weeks at the Residenza, primarily for work, and it was a fantastic experience. The breakfast offered a good variety each day, and the Wi-Fi was consistently strong, allowing me to conduct seamless video meetings. My room was clean and equipped with a fridge, a desk, and a new AC unit. The location was ideal, with easy access to metro stations, shops, and restaurants. Most importantly, the staff was friendly and accommodating, making my stay enjoyable.

I had a pretty decent weekend stay! The location is fab, super close to the metro and some great shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were really friendly, especially in the evening, which made a big difference. Plus, breakfast was tasty and varied each day—definitely a highlight!
On the flip side, the room felt old and could use some upgrades. It wasn’t super clean, and the fan didn’t quite cut it compared to air conditioning. the thin windows let in a lot of noise, so sleep was a bit tricky at times. it was a good experience but some improvements are needed!

Great staff, helpful and friendly. Excellent location, safe and convenient. Comfortable room, good bed and spacious bathroom. Delicious breakfast, variety each day. Strong Wi-Fi, reliable for work. Clean rooms, new AC, fridge, and desk. Nice common area. Perfect for business trips!

I had a wonderful stay at Residenza - 400M Do Inicio Da Av Paulista E Metro Paraiso. The breakfast was fantastic with something new every day, and the room was clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi was reliable, but the room could use a refresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
